I have worked as Threat Analyst Intern, have actively worked in Risk Assessments, Secure Designing,Secure Coding, Penetration testing of web Applications. I currently am working as Graduate Assistant - Application Developer, I am working on .Net platform. It's an exciting job, I learn something new everyday. My job has no bounds, I am involved in the gamut of activities from Requirement Engineering to Maintenance. I am integrating my application with other payment gateway as well. I have a prior work experience with Infosys Technologies Limited, where I have served as System Engineer for about 8 months, where my job profile was that of a Software Developer. I have worked with technologies like ASP.NET , ADO.NET , C#, Java and MySQL. I was nominated to be a part of Infosys Leadership Institute. I believe nothing can substitute hard-work. I am a team player.
Why Maryland?
University Of Maryland, College Park has proved to be a promising school for me. But in retrospect, I chose this university as it allowed me to be flexible with courses. I love the fact that my professors were full time employees working with best firms within the United States. Having said that, it just enriched the quality of class discussions, as you get to know the real experiences and how things work in the corporate world. The majority of the courses deal with semester long projects which just gives you an adequate insight to learn things better. You learn things more with a practical perspective.
