Mark Roussel

 

Active Duty Naval Officer, who works under the U.S. Navy Civil Engineer Corps. I’ve spent most of my career managing military construction projects and public works departments on both Navy and Marine Corps bases, while also leading civilians assigned to the Naval Facilities Engineering Command (NAVFAC) and Enlisted Sailors who specialize in contingency construction (Seabees).

 

I’ve spent part of my naval career assigned to the Washington, DC metropolitan area, which I like on a personal level. As such, I wanted to attend graduate school in the area, and Maryland’s project management program is one of the best in the country!
