Maryland Applied Graduate Engineering

Dr. Hines is currently the Thermodynamics Course Coordinator and a Keystone Instructor in the Clark School's undergraduate program. She also teaches Intro to Engineering, Keystone’s flagship class. Prior to joining the Clark School in 2010, she worked in the defense and consumer electronics industry for over 20 years, doing thermal and electronic packaging design and analysis. She earned her BS in Mechanical Engineering from Virginia Tech and her Master’s and Ph.D. from the University of Maryland College Park.
