Keynote by Prof. Michael Pecht: Advances in Electronics Reliability Qualification

The Hardware Lab Innovation Day, held on June 12, 2024, at the Hong Kong Science Park, brought together global experts to discuss advancements in electronics. The event featured keynotes and discussions from industry leaders and academics. Attendees included representatives from Hong Kong Science and Technology Parks Corporation, Arrow Electronics, and Qualcomm, among others. The event started with speeches by Albert Wong (HKSTP), Jacqueline Leung (Arrow Electronics), and Prof. Dong Sun (HKSAR), followed by the introduction of the HKSTP x Arrow Hardware Lab by Jacky Wan (Arrow Electronics). Another keynote address, "Low Energy ST Embedded AI Solutions," was delivered by Mr. Matteo Maravita from STMicroelectronics.

Prof. Michael Pecht, Distinguished University Professor and Director of the CALCE Electronic Products and Systems Center at the University of Maryland, delivered the first keynote speech on "Advances in Electronics Reliability Qualification." He discussed the latest methods and technologies in ensuring the reliability and quality of electronic products, emphasizing the importance of rigorous testing and qualification processes to enhance product durability and performance.
