Summer 2020 Courses:

All summer ENPM courses will have a section CP01 ONLY. The CP01 section will be held in an online capacity, as per the email below, however CP01 tuition falls under the "College Park" tuition listed on the tuition page.

Please note the following important details:

  • For anyone already enrolled, we will take care of manually switching you to CP01 as soon as possible. For anyone enrolling moving forward, please choose CP01.
  • The courses' originally scheduled day/time will remain on the Schedule of Classes, as some instructors may have synchronous class sessions and/or review sessions. This information will come from individual instructors as the semester nears.
  • Departments in the School of Engineering offering courses with online sections associated with the MAGE online programs are also working on moving those to the "CP01" section so that they follow the same tuition guidelines as ENPM courses.

This change is for Summer 2020 only.

Spring 2020 Courses:

UMD courses will be fully online for the rest of the semester. Courses will restart on March 30th in a fully online capacity.

At this time, Summer registration is on-going and Fall registration will open soon. Registration for both semesters is moving forward with the assumption that courses will go back to being available on-campus, in addition to online. Obviously, this is an ever evolving situation and we will continue to provide updates as we have them, however we encourage you to register normally. Changes will be able to be made after registration and prior to the Summer/Fall semester start with no financial penalties, as per the usual deadlines and policies.

We also encourage you to monitor UMD's main Coronavirus information site and  the Graduate School's site.  ISSS will continue to provide updates directly to students studying on F1 visas as the situation continues to evolve, as well.

Please do not hesitate to reach out with any questions as we move forward. OAEE is here to support you moving forward successfully!
