Thomas Dineen is a Technical Manager at Oracle Global Defense and Intelligence (GDI). He has over 25 years of technical experience in all aspects of Enterprise Computing. He has a Bachelor of Science in Information Systems from Rutgers University and a Master of Science in Information Systems from American University. He has certifications in Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) as well as Information System Security Professional (CISSP).

His technical experience includes Systems Engineering and Architecture, Software Development, System Administration, Infrastructure as a Service (IaaS) and Cloud Security. His Cloud experience includes Amazon Web Service (AWS), Microsoft Azure and Google Cloud Platform (GCP).

His work experience includes AT&T, where he began as a software developer. He later worked for BEA Systems where he focused on Application Servers, Middleware, Service Oriented Architecture (SOA) and Identity Management solutions. He went on to join Oracle Corporation where he continues to expand his experience in Enterprise Architecture, Enterprise Security, Identity Management, and Cloud Security.

Thomas is a veteran of the United States Navy where he served honorably as an Intelligence Specialist First Class (IS1) with Aviation Warfare (AW) designation. His diverse work experience also includes working on Wall Street with U.S. Treasuries and Mortgage Backed Securities.

Thomas has a lifelong passion for aviation and operates a small aviation business based out of Frederick Municipal Airport. He is a certified private pilot with over 300 hours.
